One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for Winner and (1) eligible guest (together, the “Attendees”) to Las Vegas, Nevada to attend a Riley Green concert on the Winner’s choice of dates, December 12 or 13, 2025, at Resorts World Theatre at Resorts World Las Vegas, The Trip includes

• Roundtrip coach air transportation to the Event for the Winner and Winner’s guest (i.e., two (2) roundtrip flights for the Attendees).
• Two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations at Resorts World Las Vegas (single room/double occupancy/room and tax only);
• Two (2) tickets for the Attendees to the Event on either December 12, 2025 or December 13, 2025 (seating as determined by the Prize Provider in its sole discretion);
